We offer 3 shipping methods:

 

  • Standard shipping with cost 0 euros on purchases over 150€ with delivery guaranteed in 4-5 working days, Otherwise, it has a cost of 6,85€ (taxes included).

  • Express shipping with guaranteed delivery in 48-72 working hours at a cost of 13,90 € (taxes included).

 

You will receive the tracking data by e-mail 24 hours before receiving your order.

 

  • Pick up at the Barcelona office or in the municipality of Illescas, Toledo at a cost of 9.90 € (taxes included). 



You will receive a notification that your order is ready within 48 hours.

In case of doubts about the delivery of your order, please contact us through the contact form provided on our website or customer service chat. We will respond within 24 hours.

 

The delivery date and time indicated in the purchase process is indicative and may vary depending on the circumstances. 

 

Returns can be made through your customer account free of charge in a few simple steps.

 

  1. Log into your customer account, select the order you wish to return and click on "Request RMA authorization". You will receive the RMA within 24 to 48 business hours.
  2. Remove the lost or stolen locks and reset the device as once returned the device will be prepared for sale and if you do not follow these steps the device becomes unusable.
  3. Carefully pack the product and add a copy of the RMA inside the box, attach the label received and call the carrier to schedule the pick up.
  4. Once we have the package in our warehouse, we review the device and assess its conditions before giving the return as correct. This process can take between 20 and 25 days. 

You have 30 days from the creation of the order to make the return without any cost; and in case you want to try it and you are not satisfied you can make the return within 10 days.

If you have made a purchase with cryptocurrency do not forget to tell us the bank details, IBAN and account holder to make the refund. Remember that the refund is made only in euros. For more information see the section "How to pay with cryptocurrencies".
