If you return the product within 10 days from the date of purchase, even if the product is used, you will receive a full refund guaranteed, as long as it is complete and undamaged. Otherwise, we will refund the amount of your purchase depending on the condition of your product. You can request a return yourself from your account by following these steps:
- Select the order you wish to return in your ShopDutyFree account under "Order History", then request a return with RMA.
- You will receive an eMail confirmation with detailed instructions.
- Pack the product and request collection.
