SHIPPING AND TRANSPORT
Shipping fee: £13 | Delivery time: 11 to 15 working days.
If the product is in stock, delivery occurs within a maximum of 30 days. If contact or delivery fails on the first or second attempt, the customer will bear any additional costs for further attempts.
Damages During Transport

Legal warranty of 2 years (purchased before Jan 2022) or 3 years (purchased from Jan 2022). Does not cover negligence, impact, or improper handling. Computer warranty does not cover virus removal. RETURN POLICY
A) Cancellation
Full refund if the order has not yet been shipped. For custom-made products, cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of confirmation.
B) Return
14-day period for a full refund. Between 15 and 30 days, the refund is partial based on the product's condition. Original packaging must be intact and unopened.
Lost Return: If the return is lost by the carrier, we will send another unit if available. If not, a refund or alternative model will be offered (with price adjustments for superior/inferior models). No action is taken until official confirmation of loss from the carrier.
Incorrect Product Return: If a different product is returned, the return will be denied. The customer must retrieve the product and pay handling costs within 5 business days, otherwise, the product will be discarded/destroyed.
C) Right of Withdrawal
